I feel pretty good today, relaxed, which is nice.
Been pretty stressed out of late, for many reasons, really. Hopefully the majority of these things will be dealt with in next couple weeks.



If we can get the Trans Am to start, we’ll be heading up north to the cabin again, for this labor day weekend.




Today is a beautiful day, not as muggy as yesterday, and the sun was out for my drive into work. I have a window in my office, and when I get here early enough, the sunlight shines through the blinds and creates little sunshine shapes on the wall and the fushigi yuugi poster above my desk.

I feel calm today, like each breathe I take resounds in my body, pushing the oxygen, towards my extremities, pulsing out to my fingers and toes. I had a massage the other day, and Denny, worked on the trigger points in my neck, I hadn’t realized how tight my neck had been. He pressed into the tiny sore knots on my neck, increased the pain. I focused in on that pain, and took deep even breaths, and almost magically, the knots worked themselves out, practically disintegrating.
