Anime Central 07 was a great time. We were in the big part of the Rosemont convention center, the same one that Wizard World usually occupies. Aside from crazy issues with registration, things went fairly well. We didn't see much of the convention, but we rarely ever do. This was the year of the awesome banners. A lot of people took a lot of time and money to make their artist alley tables really stand out, which was great! It was also really fun to have a table next to and across from Brian from http://www.deftoons.com .
Tasty Cuisine was had, lots of artists and folks came out for that, Meredith sent around her little moleskine, and we all sketched quick self-portraits(thanks to 's suggestion.) I hope she scans them in, they were fun little sketchies.

There was no official art-jam, but that didn't stop some of us from art-jamming anyway, on tables stolen from the gaming overflow room(2 nights in a row). Dirk worked on commissions, Meredith drew emo elfbois, Kevin posed for a Tabloid Roulette panels and roamed the halls to find more artists to pull in for the fun.
We gave away all the Code:Creamy Weather Electronica Eraser samplers we printed up, and were throwing in with every purchase.

We sold all the Temping for Evil mini's we printed for the convention (currently running at http://byob.studioantithesis.com).
We also sold our 100th copy of BYOB! It's a major milestone! I had confetti!

Exhausting as usual, but satisfying. I'm excited about all the comics the studio will have finished by the end of the year.
